RezLive set out to give its B2B travel agents a complete mobile-first experience that covers the full daily workflow—secure access, profile and sub-user management, realtime booking visibility and actions, and an end-to-end hotel discovery and booking journey with advanced search, filters, comparison, passenger validation, payments, and notifications. To further streamline operations and reduce dependency on desktop, the app also brings RezVault wallet capabilities to mobile, enabling agents to manage balances, top-ups, bonuses, statements, Money Box (India), and voucher payments directly within the booking flow.

Sufalam Sufalam Technologies designed and delivered a unified RezLive B2B mobile solution that digitizes the complete agent workflow—secure authentication, profile and sub-user controls, real-time booking dashboards, and actionable booking management—along with a full hotel search-to-booking experience featuring advanced filters, hotel pinning/comparison, passenger validation, and integrated payment redirections. In parallel, we enabled end-to-end RezVault wallet functionality within the same app, allowing agents to view balances, perform top-ups with bonus logic, access statements, use Money Box (India), and complete voucher payments with real-time validations and push notifications—ensuring agents can manage bookings and payments seamlessly from anywhere.

- Money Box maturity/claim workflow , threshold enforcement, and guided top-up redirection.
- Statements & reconciliation views for top-ups, bonuses, Money Box, and offlinepayment requests with date/status filters.
