TripMate was initiated to solve a common operational gap in B2B travel ground services, where airport transfers, rentals, and sightseeing coordination typically happens through fragmented WhatsApp messages, emails, and PDF attachments. This results in delays, missed updates, duplicated communication, and poor traveler confidence. The objective was to create a branded, centralized system where travelers can reliably access all service details, agents can support their customers efficiently, and the operations team can manage and broadcast accurate updates across channels from a single source of truth.

Solution Offered
Sufalam Technologies designed and delivered TripMate as a complete ecosystem consisting of a traveler mobile app, an agent module, and a web-based admin panel. Travelers can log in using their booking credentials to view their itinerary, access
vouchers and service documents, receive live updates, and reach support through integrated chat and ticketing. Agents can log in separately to view agency-linked bookings, search customers, and quickly download or forward vouchers and itineraries via WhatsApp or email. The operations team manages service records through the admin panel using manual entry or Excel import, assigns bookings to B2B clients and customer codes, uploads vouchers, configures service-level support contacts, and
triggers push/email/WhatsApp notifications—reducing operational clutter while improving service accuracy and traveler satisfaction.
